Structural Characteristics 

1.      Tubular positive plate: The skeleton of positive plate is shaped through die-casting with Pb-Sb multi-alloy, it adopts parallel terylene tube structure, can effectively prevent the active material from falling off, has a goog property of anti-corrosion, and ensures the service life to above 15 years. 

2.    Pasted negative plate: Plates with grid in radial structure and unique lead paste formula, can improve the utilization of active material, battery's large current discharge capability and its charge acceptability. 

3.    Combined porous rubber and porous PVC separator: Its high porosity and good anti-corrosion property enables it to absorb more acid to effectively prevent internal short-circuit, and improve the diffusion speed of electrolyte, thus reduce the internal resistance of battery greatly. 

4.    The blue transparent case made of imported AS material: It's anti-corrosion, flame retardant, strong and with a nice appearance. The internal structure and status of battery can be observed through the transparent case. 

5.    The funnel shape acid-proof bolt. It has the function of filtering acid smog and retarding flame. It can measure directly the density and temperature of electrolyte, thus make it safe for use and easy for maintenance. 

6.    Combined pole with built-in copper core; The pole's unique seal structure makes the seal of pole highly reliable, thus greatly prolong battery life.
